Pope Bilbo?

I'm not much for biographical miniseries, but this one of Pope John Paul II seems intriguing, if only because they recruited Ian Holm to play the Pope.

I'm curious to see what shape he's in. Peter Jackson's made noises about wanting to do a movie version of The Hobbit with Holm reprising his role from the Lord of the Rings trilogy. but since he's in his mid-70s, the odds are pretty slim.
